Responsible party and contact
EducaSmart Asesorías y Tutorías Académicas is the commercial name of this independent tutoring and advisory service. Privacy inquiries can be sent to educasmartasesoriasytutorias@gmail.com or the business WhatsApp at +52 345 110 4609. The responsible individual's or entity's verified legal identity and physical address still need to be provided to complete Article 15 of the Mexican private-sector data protection law. The commercial name is not a substitute.
Information received
To request a quote, you may share your name, telephone number, email address if you write to us, academic or professional field, required service, target date, instructions and documents you voluntarily send via WhatsApp or email. Passwords, payment card details, account credentials and medical or other sensitive personal data are not requested for ordinary quotes. Do not share another person's information without an appropriate lawful basis.
Purpose of processing
Information is used to answer inquiries, assess the requested scope, prepare individualized quotes, enter into and provide agreed services, handle amendments and complaints, and meet applicable legal or tax obligations. Separate promotional campaigns unrelated to your inquiry are not automatically authorized by requesting a quote.
Form, WhatsApp and email
The form only prepares a message for the channel you choose; you decide whether to send it. The current website code does not store form entries in its own database or automatically submit them to an inquiry server. Once sent, your message is also processed by the selected email or messaging provider, subject to its policies. Hosting and third-party page resources may generate technical access logs.
Recipients and transfers
Contact databases are not intended to be sold or supplied for unrelated third-party advertising. Data may be processed through technical providers necessary for messages, hosting or payments, according to their role and applicable law. Any transfer requiring prior consent must be disclosed and authorized before it occurs. This notice does not automatically authorize sharing documents with unrelated parties.
Access, correction, deletion and objection (ARCO)
Email educasmartasesoriasytutorias@gmail.com with subject “ARCO rights request”. Include your name, a contact method, the right you wish to exercise, a description of the relevant information and details that help locate your record. Secure proof of identity or legal representation may be required. For a correction, describe the inaccurate item and the requested change.
Response times and limitation
Under Article 31 of Mexico's LFPDPPP, a decision on an ARCO request must be communicated within 20 working days of receipt; when approved, it is implemented within the following 15 working days. The law permits justified extensions. You may also use the same contact address to limit nonessential uses or opt out of promotional messages. Statutory exceptions may apply.
Security and retention
Access to communications should be restricted to those handling the request; documents must not be shared with unauthorized persons and appropriate administrative and technical safeguards must be implemented. Data should be deleted or blocked when its purpose and applicable legal or contractual retention periods end. No universal retention period is claimed because tax, contractual or dispute obligations may differ.
Updates and legal reference
Changes to this information will be announced by publishing the updated version at this URL; changes requiring additional consent must be agreed to beforehand. Reference: Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, Articles 14–16 and 27–31. The controller's verified legal identity and address must still be supplied before this can constitute a complete notice.
